Savlon Alpine Adventure Game - Promotion Terms and Conditions

  1. The name of the promotion is Savlon Alpine Adventure (“the Promotion”).
  2. The following terms and all entry instructions contained elsewhere on the website <https://savlon.co.uk/> (“the Website”) will apply to the Promotion and will prevail, in the event of any conflict, over any other instructions or other material contained on the Website. By entering this promotion, you, the participant, agrees to be bound by those terms and instructions.
  3. By accepting these terms, you agree that the Promoter may contact you with regards to any prizes won. You may withdraw your agreement to be contacted at any time by contacting the Promoter at the address or email address set out in the conditions below.
  4. All personal details submitted by you, including details of your email and postal addresses, will be held and securely stored by the Promoter and any third-party agency acting on its behalf as per the Privacy Policy.
  5. The Promotion is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of the Promoter, its agents or of any other person or organisation connected with the Promotion, or any relatives of, or members of the same household as any of the aforementioned, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
  6. Entry into the Promotion is open from 12:00 (UK time) on 6 December 2019 and will close at 17:00 (UK time) on the 31 December 2019. Entry to the Promotion may only be made via the Website.
  7. No purchase necessary: entry into the Promotion is free. The probability of winning is identical whether or not you have made a purchase.
  8. Each participant may not submit more than a maximum of one entry per day.
  9. Entrants that choose to share the competition on their Facebook or Twitter page will be awarded an additional entry.
  10. To enter the Promotion, you must enter your details, including your name and email address, and then play the Savlon Alpine Adventure game. On each slide, Participants will receive an entry into the Grand Prize Draw or an Instant Win prize.
  11. There are eight Instant Win prizes, these are two £100 Go Ape voucher, two National Trust family annual passes, two £100 Halford’s bike vouchers, two £100 indoor skiing voucher.  
  12. The Grand Prize Draw voucher is a £1,000 Centre Parcs voucher. No cash or other alternative prize is available.
  13. Entries into the Prize Draw will be awarded at random. Entry into the Promotion does not, therefore, guarantee a prize.
  14. Any entries or scores not recorded by the game cannot be accepted. 
  15. The Grand Prize Draw will be drawn and the winner will be notified by email before the 25 January 2020. If the winner does not respond to claim their prize within 10 days of being contacted The Promoter will select another winner at random.
  16. The Promoter may suspend or cancel the Promotion at any time. The Promoter shall not be liable for any interruption to this promotion or any technical failures or malfunctions, whether due to force majeure or other factors beyond the Promoter’s control.
  17. The decision of the Promoter in all matters relating to the Promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
